Happy 20th Birthday Rayna!!!!! haha....We went to eat at Punggol Park -- Blisscafe. The food there is very nice and somemore we have a clear seaview from where we are sitting. *winks. My dresscod was a "SINGLE TONIGHT " Tshirt right infront of my gf...haha (P.S. Bought by her). I can tell you i will give a very high rating for the cafe because it's very similar to the essential cafe that i liked...haha...Creamy Pasta makes me melt like cheese.
